Minor Errors
While House lungqIj strives to make the best products it can, due to their hand-made nature and the artist processes used, it is possible for minor imperfections to appear in our work.
Since hiding our knowledge of this would be dishonorable and one does not achieve honor by acting dishonorably, this page will give examples of the kinds of imperfections that we have seen. We are also constantly working to reduce the probability they will occur.
Ceramics
The most common imperfection seen so far is slight blurring in small patches. We believe this is due to the material getting too hot in some places, causing the ink to bleed. It is most likely due to differences within the ceramic itself, and thus will be difficult for us to mitigate, however we will continue to do what we can to minimize it.
